What is the process of getting a puppy?If you have a puppy you like, please contact us by whatsapp, email or Instagram message. https://www.instagram.com/tiarapetssg/ Please let us know the date and time of your visit in advance. You can touch the puppy during the tour, and if you wish, you can pick it up on the day of the tour. Or, if you would like to make a reservation for pick-up because the schedule for the tour and pick-up is earlier, please let us know. Please pay the deposit (50% of the puppy sale price) to complete the reservation and pick up the dog at a later date that is convenient for you. We cannot accept cancellations of reservations due to customer convenience. We will keep your luggage for up to 2 weeks after you make a reservation.

Are medical checks given?All of the puppies and kittens we provide have undergone a health checkup by a veterinarian and have been diagnosed as having no congenital diseases or problems that interfere with daily life.

Are the puppies vaccinated?It will be handed over after the first mixed vaccination. (Depending on the age, some puppies have been vaccinated for the second time.) â‘ Filarial prevention The filariasis prevention period differs depending on the region. Instead of using over-the-counter medicines, be sure to consult with your veterinarian after picking up your puppy and take heartworm prevention. (2) Rabies prevention and dog registration Dog owners are required by law to be vaccinated against rabies and to register their dog. Some veterinary hospitals or public health centers conduct group vaccinations for rabies vaccinations. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. We will continue to provide as much support as possible even after the puppy is handed over.

Do you provide life insurance?We pay close attention to the medical checks and health management of puppies and kittens and manage them with a thorough system. If your dog dies due to a viral infectious disease within 60 days from the date of purchase despite being vaccinated, we will provide a puppy or kitten of equivalent quality free of charge. (Please submit medical certificates from two veterinarians within 7 days.) The following cases are not covered by the warranty. 1. Individual differences that occur during the growth process, such as changes in coat color, size, body shape (ear shape, etc.), and tooth engagement 2. Conditions that do not interfere with daily life, such as clitoral testicle, hernia , stone disease, cherry eye, pyometra, and endometritis Bone dysplasia that does not interfere with daily life (hip joint, patella, disc herniation, etc.) Intestinal parasites, ectoparasites, internal parasites, viral infections In case of illness or death due to not receiving veterinary treatment or not being vaccinated against infectious diseases When a dog (cat) living in the same household becomes ill or dies as a result of infection or contact In the case of death, illness, theft, accident, escape due to the owner's intentional or negligence, problems in breeding, death due to other inappropriate breeding, or death due to failure to observe our precautions Death due to intentional or gross negligence If there is a false declaration in the content of the request, and all other matters incidental to the above
